We aim to present product descriptions, materials, dimensions, weights, colors, images, availability and other information as accurately as reasonably possible. Because of display settings, production processes and measurement methods, minor variations may occur.

Product images are provided for illustration. Color, texture and appearance may vary slightly from what is displayed on your device. Unless expressly stated otherwise, accessories or props shown in an image are not included.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices and available payment methods are those displayed on the website and at checkout at the time an order is submitted. Available currencies and payment methods may vary according to country, market, currency and order value.

Payments may be made through PayPal and through the payment methods currently made available by Shopify Payments at checkout. Depending on the customer’s market, device, currency and eligibility, Shopify Payments may support major credit and debit cards and other eligible payment options. The payment methods actually displayed at checkout are the authoritative options available for a particular order. OVODOLL does not directly store complete payment card details.

We may correct an obvious pricing, description or calculation error before shipment. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact you and provide an opportunity to confirm the corrected order or receive a refund for the affected item.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, pricing or product information errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions or applicable legal requirements.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

6. Order Cancellation

Contact support@ovodoll.com as soon as possible if you wish to request cancellation. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

An order may not be cancellable once fulfillment or shipment has begun. For products expressly identified as made-to-order or customized, additional cancellation restrictions may apply as disclosed on the applicable product page or during the ordering process.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may be affected by destination, product preparation, customs, weather, holidays, carrier capacity, address issues and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges arising from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Shipping availability, duty-paid service, customs handling and destination restrictions vary by market and are governed by the current Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss and title transfer will be determined under applicable law and the delivery terms presented for the order. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Returns, Refunds and Hygiene Restrictions

Return Eligibility

Where a return is eligible, a return request must generally be submitted within 15 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If a product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary according to the payment provider or financial institution.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Product Use, Care and Safety

Use, clean, dry and store products according to the instructions supplied with the product and the guidance available on the website. Stop using a product if it appears damaged, degraded or unsafe.
