TPE & SILICONE DOLL CLEANING & CARE

Clean the appropriate surfaces before first use and after each use. Follow the instructions for the specific product, because a full-size doll with a skeleton or electronics needs a different routine from a small one-piece product. Always allow every cleaned surface and internal channel to dry completely before storage.

Do not decide based on material alone. Never submerge a full-size doll or any product containing a skeleton, metal components, electronics, wiring, heating systems, magnets, or water-sensitive seams. A small one-piece product may be rinsed or briefly immersed only when its individual instructions confirm that it is waterproof.

Use a mild, fragrance-free cleaner confirmed compatible with the product material. Water-based lubricant is the safest general choice for OVODOLL TPE and silicone products unless the product page states otherwise. Avoid alcohol, bleach, solvents, oil-based lubricants, and unverified silicone-based lubricants.

TPE may become slightly tacky after washing or extended use. Once the surface is completely dry, apply a thin, even layer of TPE-safe renewal powder when needed. Do not apply powder to damp material, painted details, or internal channels, and avoid breathing loose powder during application.

Let excess water drain with the opening facing downward, remove visible moisture gently, and leave the channel open in a clean, ventilated area. A smooth diatomite drying rod may briefly absorb small residual moisture, but it must be removed after the drying step and never left inside during storage.

No. A heating rod is intended only to warm a compatible internal channel before use. It does not clean, dry, or sterilize the product. Never operate it inside a wet channel, leave it unattended, or use it when the voltage, temperature control, maximum operating time, or product compatibility is unknown.

Use a soft, damp cloth and light pressure around painted areas, seams, joints, and bonded parts. Do not scrub, stretch, scratch, or direct a strong stream of water into these areas. If a seam begins to separate or the finish changes unexpectedly, stop and contact OVODOLL Support before attempting a repair.

Store each product completely clean and dry in a cool place away from sunlight, excessive heat, sharp objects, dark fabrics, printed materials, and prolonged pressure. Keep TPE and silicone products from resting in direct contact with each other, and do not store a drying rod or heating accessory inside an internal channel.
